Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to run , play basketball or dance because these exercises are good for helps reduce calories and increase one's physical strength. Other people like to stay healthy by eating fish oil, multivitamin and lutein. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right. For example, I like to run , play basketball and dance . The reason I like to run is because jog three times a week on the playground because it can increase my lung capacity. In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fish oil, multivitamin and lutein at least one time a week. These healthy foods can replenish nutrients that we usually don’t consume enough. For example, fish oil can enhance our memory and is usually used at night. Multivitamins can keep the body healthy and are usually consumed in the morning.
