Eating Right and Exercising to Stay Healthy
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to run , play basketball or dance because these exercises are good for helps reduce calories and increase one's physical strength. Other people like to stay healthy by eating fish oil, multivitamin and lutein. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat right.
For example, I like to run , play basketball and dance . The reason I like to run is because jog three times a week on the playground because it can increase my lung capacity.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat fish oil, multivitamin and lutein at least one time a week. These healthy foods can replenish nutrients that we usually don’t consume enough. For example, fish oil can enhance our memory and is usually used at night. Multivitamins can keep the body healthy and are usually consumed in the morning. Lutein is the source of vision for the eyes. Usually Will be consumed in the evening.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much fast food, candy or fried food. Eating too much junk food will lead to nutritional imbalance and also cause a burden on the body. Because junk food is usually high in sugar, salt, and sodium, it can easily lead to the risk of tooth decay, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
In conclusion, We should eat more vegetables and fruits, and focus on ourselves, so that we can effectively control the intake of salt and sugar. You should also exercise more regularly to maintain your body's functions.
